After I receive the Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) or payments from insurance companies, I will promptly update clients’ accounts, providing them with clear information about their outstanding balances, allowing patients to make timely payments. I will follow up on any rejections or denials, ensuring that they’re processed as quickly as possible.

At the end of each month, I will provide a report of any overdue accounts for your review.
