After working in the banking industry for 16 years, Louise transitioned to a new phase in her career as a billing manager for a mental health counselor. For the next 7 years, she helped to grow the practice into a thriving team of 14 therapists, for whom she handled claims, invoices and collections. She trained the group's therapists and the front desk administration on the SimplePractice billing system and regularly reviewed monthly financial reports, addressed client inquiries and resolved issues related to rejected or denied claims. Her role also encompassed managing credentialing for new therapists, introducing new insurance providers and creating a coding system for clients who pay in cash. She also implemented the CareCredit card into the business, making it easier for clients to submit their payments.
Louise brings strong organizational skills and attention to detail to all of her endeavors, as well as a dedication to each company's success. She prides herself on strong communication skills that build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
